By accessing this Website or enrolling into our services, we assume you accept these Terms and Conditions. Do not continue to use Inwoin Technologies if you do not agree to take all of the Terms and Conditions stated on this Page.

  • Cooperation with Faculty: Students enrolling with the company are expected to cooperate with the faculty members and adhere to their instructions and guidelines throughout the course.
  • Respectful Behavior: Students enrolling with the company are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor toward the trainers. Any form of offensive, abusive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Prohibited Conduct: Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, verbal or written abuse, harassment, discrimination, threats, physical aggression, or any behavior that creates a hostile or uncomfortable learning environment for trainers or fellow students.
  • Consequences for Offensive Behavior: If a student engages in offensive or abusive behavior towards a trainer, the company reserves the right to take appropriate action, which may include eliminating the student from the current batch/course without any refund or further services.

  • Zero Tolerance Policy: The company maintains a zero-tolerance policy for offensive and abusive behavior. It is committed to providing a safe and inclusive learning environment for trainers and students alike. Any violations of this policy will be addressed promptly and seriously.
  • Reporting Incidents: Trainers or students who experience or witness offensive or abusive behavior are encouraged to report the incident to the company immediately. The company will take appropriate steps to address the situation and ensure the safety and well-being of all parties involved.

  • Problem Reporting and Resolution: If any problems arise with the services provided by the company, the student agrees to promptly report the issue to the company. The company will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem within a specified time frame, not exceeding one year from the date the services were halted.

  • Doubt Clarification: Students may ask questions and seek clarification regarding the course content, subject to the availability of the trainer and the student. The company will make reasonable efforts to provide assistance and address the doubts within a reasonable time frame.

  • Job Assistance: The company offers job assistance to students who successfully complete the course. This may include resume building, interview guidance, and job search guidance to increase their chances of finding suitable employment opportunities.

  • No Job Guarantee: While the company strives to provide effective job assistance, it does not guarantee job placement or employment after completing the course. The company cannot control external factors such as market conditions, industry trends, or individual interview performance that may influence job outcomes.
  • Responsibility for Interview Performance: The company encourages students to actively participate in interview preparation activities and utilize the resources provided. However, the company cannot be held responsible for the outcome of any job interviews or employment decisions made by potential employers.

  • Supportive Measures: The company will endeavor to provide relevant job-related resources, including networking opportunities, industry insights, and access to job boards, to enhance the student's job search process. However, the ultimate responsibility for securing employment lies with the student.

  • No Liability for Non-Selection: In the event that a student is not selected for a job or does not receive a job offer after utilizing the company's job assistance services, the company shall not be held liable for any resulting damages, losses, or missed opportunities.

  • Non-Refundable Fee: The fee paid by the student for the course is non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable. Once the payment is made, no refunds, adjustments, or transfers will be provided.
  • Jurisdiction of Disputes: Any disputes or legal matters arising from the terms and conditions will fall under the jurisdiction of Gurgaon, India. The parties agree to resolve any disputes through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, as determined by the company.
